Burnside B&B's / Guest House tariff includes breakfast and compares well with other 4 Star Silver Award Guest Houses, B&B's and Hotels in Keswick, Grasmere, Ambleside and Winderemere.

Burnside B&B accepts - Debit Mastercard, Delta, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Pin Train, Solo, UK Maestro & Visa.
Burnside B&B does not charge extra for card payments and has reached the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
You can also book/pay over the phone. Burnside requests a first night deposit for bookings up to 3 nights and a third deposit for bookings over 3 nights. Balances are payable during visits. We no longer accept payment by cheque.
Burnside operates a 2 night minimum booking policy. This extends to 3 nights over Bank Holiday week-ends and some peak periods. Single nights are accepted at our discretion and are subject to a supplement.
Burnside B&B does not accommodate children under 10 years of age.

Terms & Payment
- deposit payable for reservation to be confirmed
- balances are payable on cancellations of confirmed bookings
- deposits/balances refundable if room(s) re-let for the duration of cancelled booking(s)
- Burnside B&B is strictly non smoking and no pets.
