While a step in the opposite direction could take you onto Keswick's picturesque old railway line path along the River Greta. Where you might catch a glimpse of Red Squirrel or spy a Buzzard or Peregrine Falcon circling over the unspoilt lakes, fells and dales of Northern Lakeland.
