Burnside operates a 2-night minimum booking policy. This extends to 3 nights over Bank Holiday weekends and some peak periods. 

• Deposit payable for a reservation to be confirmed.
• Deposits are non-refundable but sometimes can be transferable if before the 14-day cancellation period.

Balances are payable on cancelled bookings if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

We would like to reccomend you to have insurance for either curtailing or you having to cancel your booking.
